By using apild.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

apild.com provides a free JSON-LD structured data validator and, once launched, a paid monitoring service. The free validator is provided as-is with no uptime guarantees.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit URLs you do not have permission to fetch.
• Attempt to overload or abuse the service (e.g. automated bulk requests).
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Validation results are informational only (not a guarantee of Google rich result eligibility).

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
